Martinez Farm - Manatee Farm's Cooperative
A goodly portion of my inspection
career was spent in Florida, looking
at seasonal vegetables, grains, citrus,
& some meat production - mostly
citrus and veges though.
I was the closest certified inspector
for 3 years running, spending many
hours & days tracking out old
fields & audit trails.
In 1991 Rick Martinez, of Tampa FL.
joined the National Inspector's Asso.
& I was asked to be his trainer/
mentor. The folllowing storyline is the
training tour Rick and I took back
& forth across the penensula.
This was my farewell tour, though, as Rick would take over now.
I haven't heard much from any of these folks for years. Rick, however, went on to do
inspections all through Central & South America, & trainings all over
the world - including his native Cuba.
